The Rapaki has been a staple of macpacs day pack range for a long time, so when they re-designed it, they wanted to make sure they didn’t lose the integrity of pack. Instead, macpac kept it clean and simple, enhancing the functionality and making sure they were using quality, sustainable materials wherever possible. The ability to repair this pack was also important — so that down the track, you can fix it up and keep it going instead of throwing it away.
With this in mind, the Rapaki 28 features a 100% recycled polyester lining made from recycled plastic bottles and a daisy chain sternum strap which is not only completely adjustable, it’s easy to repair or replace in future. With an updated Airstream™ harness and a wide, padded hip belt (with pockets), the Rapaki 28L fits all your kit, whether it’s the weekly commute or the weekend hike.
