When operating any machinery near water, lubricants are always useful to have. Multipurpose lubricants like the Inox lubricant stocked by BCF can be used to undo a seized nut or bolt, or on fishing reels.
A boat engine degreaser will dissolve oil and grease on the outside of the engine without harming paintwork, while keeping the engine clean. We stock aerosol degreasers which make application very easy – simply spray on and remove with a water hose.
You should also protect your gear case, and extend its life, by making use of gear lube. This lubricant will protect against wear and corrosion, so your equipment can work at its best for as long as possible.
