Ingredients
- Sliced bread
- Butter
- Fruit salad cups
- Long life custard
- Cinnamon
Method
Butter the outside of 2 slices of bread and place inside a greased jaffle iron. Drain a fruit salad cup of its liquid and place the fruit chunks onto one of the slices of bread. Dust with cinnamon and then drizzle custard over the top. Close the jaffle iron and place on hot coals for 10-15mins or until the bread is golden brown. Allow to cool then cut in half before eating, exercise caution with young kids as the fruit inside may be quite hot. Enjoy!
