Ingredients
- Sliced bread
- Butter
- Tomato paste
- Shredded ham
- Tinned pineapple pieces
- Grated cheese
Method
Grab two slices of bread and butter 1 side of each before placing in a greased jaffle iron, butter side down. Using a knife, spread the tomato paste on the non-buttered side of both pieces of bread before loading with the ham, pineapple pieces and grated cheese. Close and secure the Jaffle iron then place in the coals, turning every 2mins. Regularly check progress and remove once the bread is golden brown. Cut diagonally and allow to cool before eating.
