Ingredients
- Sliced bread
- Bacon rashes
- Eggs
- Cheese slices
- Butter
- BBQ Sauce
Method
Grease up the jaffle iron and place on some coals in the open position. Use the two sides to fry up some bacon rashes until crispy. Once done, remove jaffle iron and allow to cool, then regrease. Grab two slices of bread and butter both sides before placing in the jaffle iron. Next, crack an egg in the centre of one piece of bread, then layer on some bacon and cheese. Finish by giving a generous squirt of BBQ sauce then close the jaffle iron and place on the coals. Flip every two minutes to ensure the jaffle is cooked through evenly. Remove once the bread is golden brown, cut in half diagonally and serve to hungry campers!
