- Hard to service whole family due to size of bag, or will require multiple bags
- Not very effective on overcast or rainy days
- Hard to monitor water temperature
- Very cost effective.
12v camp showers
- Powered by 12v, ensures water pressure through the shower head
- Relatively light weight and easy to store
- Requires external water source for pump, a barrel, bucket, tub etc
- Water has to be externally heated prior to being pumped. Great option for cool refreshing showers during summer
- Easily fitted to pop – up shower tent for privacy
Camping hot water units
- Luxury!
- Run from either 12v, 240v or internal battery
- Heating element powered by disposable gas canisters
- Able to control water temperature and pressure
- Easily fitted and operated from a pop-up shower tent
- Perfect for camping in cooler climates where a cold shower isn’t an option
- Requires external water source
- Not as compact or weight efficient as other options
